Outgathr
The free event planning app we build, for gatherings that happen in person.
Outgathr is made by Datiora Technologies LLC, an independent software company in South Jordan, Utah. It is our first product, and it is free to use, with no paid tier, no ads and no fee on anything.
What it does
Most plans start in a group chat and stay there, where the date, the address and the list of who is bringing what all scroll away. Outgathr keeps one page for the whole thing, from the first invitation to the photos afterward.
- Invitations and replies from a single link, with nothing to install for the people you invite.
- A shared list of what to bring, so nobody ends up with nine desserts.
- Costs split across the group, settled between people, never through us.
- Arrival times on the day, shared only by people who choose to.
- One photo album everyone adds to.
- Ticket tiers, a waitlist and door check-in for public events, all free.
Where to get it
It runs in any browser at outgathr.com, and on iPhone through the App Store. Signing in takes an email code, so there is no password to lose.
